Our team has been carefully chosen to include professionals with rich experience drawn from relevant and different domains. All of them have both industry experience and consulting/training experience. This gives them deeper insights into clients’ requirements and they are able to appreciate the business imperatives in the proper perspective.
More importantly, they have the ability and agility to meet the challenges of the dynamic business environment. Each member of the team has had a successful track record in different organisations as an employee and then moved on to set up his or her own consulting or training organisation. The fact that they continue to work on their independent assignments apart from being part of our team gives them a wide exposure to different issues, constraints and challenges faced by their clients.
Depending on nature of problem being addressed, we may involve either just one consultant / trainer or may engage a cross-functional team.
One of the key factors of our consulting and training assignments is that we take on only a limited number of assignments at a time to ensure quality of delivery.
